I am passionate about delivering results and I love helping my clients to improve the quality of their lives through fitness. My personal transformation is evident from my own photos from being an overweight person to someone who is completely motivated by fitness. What is not evident from my overweight photo is that I also had a low self-esteem at that time. Now, I use my in-depth knowledge and personal experience to help others.
My team members share my values and passion. We collectively believe that we have commenced the evolution of the traditional personal training model. There are four parts to our transformation programme these being; nutrition management, personal training, image consultancy and confidence coaching.
We strongly believe that the four components are interlinked. Exercise plays a major part and so does nutrition; especially when combined and applied effectively you will see phenomenal results – you will feel good from the inside and feel amazing on the outside. The final two parts of our programme are designed to help you to improve your image and confidence. All of our programmes are initiated under the supervision of a qualified GP.
